Menopause is a change of life that no woman can avoid. This seminar will provide you with solutions to keep looking and feeling your best throughout the perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

During menopause, a woman undergoes profound and extreme biochemical changes in all aspects of her body. It can be one of the most trying periods in a woman’s life. Yet your diet, environment and lifestyle powerfully affect your hormonal balance and health. This seminar will provide you with a greater understanding of the biochemical changes moving through the menopause and how dietary changes and key nutrients can alleviate symptoms and support your health long term

This Seminar will also include:

  • Understanding hormone changes during perimenopause and menopause
  • Challenges of the Menopause and how to relieve them naturally
  • Long term health concerns and how to address them
  • Laboratory testing for personalised approach
  • Key nutrients and foods to support hormone balance long term

The seminar will finish with a delicious 2-course lunch and there will be plenty of time to ask questions.

About Christine Bailey

Christine Bailey is an award-winning, degree-qualified nutritional therapist, chef, author and broadcaster with over 18 years of experience. Known for her engaging style and enthusiasm, Christine’s writing on nutrition has been featured in the national press and she appears regularly on TV. She’s a nutrition expert on Sky News and has appeared on BBC’s The Truth About Stress & The Truth About Sugar. She is also nutritional expert behind CBBC’s Operation Ouch Mental Health Special Programme released in November. With additional training with the Institute of Functional Medicine, Christine has the unique ability to translate nutritional research into everyday practical recipes and diet programmes.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is free parking outside the venue, in front of the row of shops and Vauxhall dealership opposite (free from 5.30pm) and in nearby residential streets (please check the signs).

Norbiton is the closest train station on the Waterloo to Shepperton line (c5 mins in a taxi), alternatives are Kingston and New Malden (both c10mins in a taxi). The 213 bus stops outside (Kingston to Sutton route) and other buses stop close by.
