About Dr Rupy Aujla

Dr Rupy is a medical doctor specialised in General Practice and Emergency Medicine and is a firm believer in the power of food and lifestyle change as medicine.

His passion is to inspire everybody about the beauty of food and the medicinal effects of eating well by creating delicious recipes and bring attention to the clinical research behind the ingredients he uses.

No Myths. No Fads. Just delicious healthy food.

Rather than scaring people into a restrictive way of eating, his philosophy is to use flavour and celebrate our cultural diversity to make healthy lifestyles enjoyable and deliciously accessible to everyone.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is free parking outside the venue, in front of the row of shops and Vauxhall dealership opposite (free from 5.30pm) and in nearby residential streets (please check the signs).
