Alex will meet you at The Willow every 4 weeks to run through the fitness programme that you will undertake 5 times a week at home and explain everything you need to know. Your progress will be monitored throughout your journey with regular meet ups at The Willow and your body fat tracked using our BIA machine. The CrockFit plan includes nutritional plan to fuel your body and keep you on track!
Alex and the team will also be on hand throughout the 12 weeks to support you and your fellow #Willowfit colleagues to help you along the way!
